Privacy
Effective October 17, 2026.
APAI LLC, at 1942 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019, operates Pettomise. Contact support@ap-ai.online for privacy requests.
Information we use
We receive the name, email, phone, shipping and billing details needed to take payment, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and answer support requests. Stripe processes card payments. Our cart is stored in your browser. Akindo, another APAI store service, stores the order and sends transactional messages for Pettomise.
Sharing and retention
We share order details with payment, email, hosting, and fulfilment providers only as needed to run the store. We do not sell customer information. We retain order and support records for operations, legal duties, and disputes, then remove them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing support@ap-ai.online. Some order records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
